NON RECEIPT OF THE GAS CONNECTION FROM GSPC GAS

I have not received the GSPC Domestic PNG Connection since last 09 months after my registration vide their Application No.: 43987 dated 7/02. Whenever I contact them for the same over phone, they inform me that they are not getting the permission from AUDA/AMC for digging the ground for the connection or Pipe Line. So this causes a lot of delay for getting the connection. A long duration of 09 months have passed but no connection or a favorable action or positive reply is received.
