Non submission of account for Property tax
Property tax

I had been allotted flat to me. The share certificate vested in my name. I am paying maintenance & property tax from 2003. BMC authority imposed Property tax from 2005 since, soceity recoverd from me since 2003 I had requested for refund along with interest. I am reluctant to say that, neighter my money is refunded nor submitting the accounts of the same. The amount collected is not deposited in the account of society, matter is conveyed to Dy. Regd. for co-op soc. R ward mumbai He had issued order. Society committee is not any congnisance of the order issued by the competent authority. Many time remonded to DDR. Now he is not taking any action I hope it may be because of corruption. The matter may be investigated.
