http://www.fineptc.com had promised to pay for reading their e-mail advertisements. They had promised to pay as soon as $10, 000.00 is collected in my account, But they are not sending me the amount inspite of my repeated claims and reminders. Can you pl, make them pay?

I have worked for some companies online jobs which is promised me that they will pay after I reach the payout limit. But I have reached more than five times their payout limit and requested my payout but they never paid for me at all.
