After 6 complaints though phone their is no response now i have I refer to your Inv Nos ORA 00900068352 and order nos OGA 9000969967

and OGB 090002052. In this above said orders Ihave ordered No Philiips DVD of Tavar Speakers and in another order it is ordered for KODAK 12 Mega pics. But iam sorry to inform you that I have reced the DVD of Normal speakers and camera of 10 pics. This i have already returned to you and incurred Courrier charges of Rs 1000/. And the amount for the items has been debited to my account for this i have enclosed the statement herewith. But till date the amount has not been credited to my account. So hereby i am informing you to settle the transction within 7 days of the receipit of this mail. If you fail to do so I have no other alternative to go CONSUMER COURT. Treat this as very very urgent.
