Traffic problem

I am a resident of Baranagar. My house is near Banaragar Ramkrishna Mission. Every morning from 9 am till the school is closed, the school vehicles and some more vehicles which the school students use for transport are parked in the Gopal Lal Tagore Road. This creates a lot of traffic and big mess on the road. Most of the time they park the tata sumos and the mini vans in such a way that its almost impossible for any buses to pass. Please keep some "no parking" signs or allot a traffic police near the Ramkrishna Mission so that people dont park vehicles unnecessarily on the road. If needed this unwanted parking should be penalized. Also the school authority should be notified so that they can control their vehicles or they can use their own ground as temporary parking zone.
