COPLAIN AGAINST KANPUR CENTRAL GRP POLICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

Dialy i seen in train Sramshakti exp which is running between kanpur and delhi the 2 coach (1 from first and 1 from end) are locked beacase of public safty In the winter season. and this decision have been taken after three consecutive collision of various train due to fog.

But In kanpur central railway station GRP Constable are taking money from Passenger and then seding to restricted coach.

they are playing with the future of passenger... please stop this kind of crime.
