due to negligence of employee and non presence of mind at work, he wrote down wrong meter reading of 29786 at the time of disconnection. The correct reading was 23786 which I also checked out personally at Haidarpur zone office and your employee also made one Sambandh note Serial no. 4 of dated- 22/09 which states the final reading was 23786.
