Equest for new connection 0910873642

I have applied for a new connection at my premises which is owned by me. the reques no. is 0910873642 dated 09.01.2010. the department had not made any contact to us. after few days when we enquired about the request they asked me to meet CGO at Keshav Puram because your premises have some dues. i met CGO on 25.01.2010. He was satisfied. After three/four days when i enquired they asked me to meet CRO at badli because dues are outstanding in the name of Anil Gupta. i met him on 06.02.2010. but even after that much efforts the customer care executive asked me to meet the CRO to foreward the mail. I am not in the capability to attend the department so many times. please see in the matter & oblidge.
