Harassment while purchasing the renewal monthly ticket

On the 1st December, repeatedly I have been rebuffed while buying my monthly ticket from Jalpaiguri Town Station to N.J.P. from morning to evening. The printer was not working. Still the duty officer has taken no steps, even harassed me in bad language. At last I was compelled to call direct the honourable Railway Minister Miss Mamata Banerjee, and most unwillingly they served their purpose. It has become a common incident.
