Provident fund not released

I hv left the company in 2005 and i hv sent the PF withdrawl form in the company but till 2day i hv not received my PF amount my Pf no. is -- DL/10682/48.

I talked to company several times and each time they assured me that the same will reach within a month but after 4 years i hv received nothing from their side or from provident fund office. Kindly tell me whether they hv deposited my PF in concerned office or not . also tell me whether i will get my provident fund or not. If yes, then How will i get the same and how much time it wll take?
