Dear Sir,

I " Amrit Kumar Wadhwa " Residing In Faridabad and we are Planning for Kerala in December we booked a ticket on 23.12. PNR NUM :- 420-3186548, 4 num of Seats 3 A, Train Num 6714 from Ramesghwaram to chennai, Out of 4 we are above 50 Years old and unable to climb on Upper birth and middle birth which your ticket counter gave after my request. I have problem with my knees and this i told to your ticket counter also but he is not ready to listed as he was in hurry. i have cheked through net there were 60 seats were vacant at that time but still he didnt gave me lower birt for 3 people as our continous request . i asked you being in a so competition arena indian railways is still behaving with people like this because it has a monopoly i can gurnatee you if Indian Railways didnt worked on Ethics or Behaviour of their staff then no one prfer to go by Train, thats why we always Prfere to they have very ake plains becaus they have very courteous staff and comortable journey.

I request you to change my seats from Upper and middle birt to Lower birrth as i have to move from Delhi on 16.12.2008.

Pls help...
