Booking of Maruti Wagan R not done

Sir,

Consiquent my transfer I wanted to book and transport my vehicle through Railways and went to the booking office at railway Station Jammu. In that office I was advised to send it by road instead. The incharge Sardarji said that the rate is forty thousand and for such booking they have to make special arrangement. When I demanded the rate list to satisfy myself. It was not shown and I was advised to contact CCM rates, IRC building, State entry Road, Northern Railways in New-Delhi. I was astonished and couldnt digest. Can you tell me what it would have costed me in reality by email and take action against such officer who turns away consigners and putting the railway in loss, if he has lied.
