Delay in supplyng gas cylinde

Respected sir,

My consumer number is 10646.I made a gas booking on April 4 on 9088324365, my booking no. is 369669. On 28th april i got a message from Indane that my cash memo no.is 13367 and cylinder shall be delivered shortly. But after waiting for few more days i did not got my gas cylinder, so i lodged a complain and the complain no. is 449987.still after lodging complain and after waiting for so many days still i have not got my cylinder.

so i kindly request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
