Delay in delivery

My client is in prison for more than one year. On 28.10. the Honourable Supreme court of India was pleased to pass an order directing the Superintendent of Prison, Puzhal central prison, Puzhal, Chennai to release my client. This order was sent by the registrar of Supreme court through speed post on 28/10 itself. But I am typing this message on 31.10.2009 but till day the releasing order was not reached the addressee (i.e) prison. My client has to be in jail after the order passed 28.10.2009 for nearly three day due to the letargic attitude of the speed post department.
