HARRASMENT BY RAILWAY RESERVATION STAFF

Sir,

I would like to call your attention against the Railway Reservation staff at Mount Abu who are doing the reservation of brokers especially at the time of TATKAL RESERVATION. Today itself I cought a railway staff named Radheshyam Vaishnav who was doing TATKAL reservation from inside the room. When I protested from out side he ignored me and carry on his job. When I convinced some more person waiting in que to protest it. He irritated strongly and then opened the window and told I will not take any form untill unless these forms (Brokers form) are being cleared. After clearing that forms he started taking our form at 0817 Hrs. The problem did not complete here, but he told pl tender exact change otherwise next person will have to wait. Hence the person waiting in que suffered a lot due to a mischief conduct of the staff.

It is therefore, requested that put your kind attention immediately, so that needy persons waiting in que may not harrase by such culprits.
