Double charge!

Dear Sir,

My old symantec Expire date 5th october. Than I am Renewal Date 20th November Expire of date 5th Nov.2008

I have 10 5 License user.

1) My Busines Pack 5 user - & (Sr. No.- M1142766225)

2) My Business Pack 10 user &(Sr. No.-- M7037565487)

Problem Sir, I have no license file then how to managed to my server and all computers.?

I have contect the symantec they give the Too Free No. 1800225037 but if talking than disconnected.

No clear doubt for me... day to day I suffer the viruses problem..Please you are action and tell me urgently solution for me.
