Paid for Norton Anti-Virus Protection and did not get it

I ordered Norton Anti-Virus Protection that cost 69.98 and I did not receive it. I got my credit card statement and found that I was charged by DRI SYMANTEC HP CPC. I have already sent one complaint with no response. I can also see that I am not the only person who got ripped off. I would appreciate it if you would let me know what the status is with this problem and how you will make sure I am refunded my money.
