Non receipt of courie

My brother had booked a courier containing Original important documents to be produced before the court vide Receipt No. 121008160 on 03/01 from Goregam (East) Mumbai and had been assured that the delivery of the same will be done at Ahmedabad between 3 and 5 on 05/01 however as on date the said courier has not reached us and the same is now also not tracable with the Tracon people. On repeated inquiry with the Tracon at Mumbai and Ahmedabad people we were told that the said consignment is not tracable and since the same is not showing in the computer system it will be possible to trace out the same. due to the same my uncle and aunt had to fly down from Bombay to Ahmedabad with a Xerox Copy of the same since we were sort of time.

Tracon People are the worst people we have ever come accross and are total unorganised. People who are not serious about the work they are doing and we shall take necessary action against the company for losing our original documents, for mental agony and also for financial loss which we had to suffer.

We shall advise people at large not to use the services of such bunch of jokers and idiots.
