Respected sir,

I am visiting in 13/1 punniyakotti st, sarathynagar, west saidapet, chennai-15.At my neighborhood they constructing new building of nearly one ground area size, due that they pour sand and bricks on the road itself. Even though our street members asked questions about that they didn’t take care about that, they do the same thing now also. As my street members suffered by this daily during day and night they are unable to function their daily life. Public vehicles unable to enter the road as they put such a construction materials like brick, sand, steel rods and so on. Labours they using are came from north India, we are unable to communicate with them also. Sir we are really suffered by them, so i request you to take Severe action on them most probable quickly.
