Billing Related Issue

Respected Sir,

Recently I have received my water bill amount Rs.3976 which includes 60% sever maintenance charges. I would like to have more information on this, why these charges have been added. Sorry to say, severs are never even checked or cleaned, then it does not makes sense to pay for this maintenance charges. Even if i go ahead and pay these charges, then also nothing will be done for the maintenance of the severs. THIS IS RIDICULOUS TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE WHICH YOU ARE NEVER GETTING. Most of the times Quality is water is also bad, it stinks a lot. Water is not even available; we have to use water pumps to pull it up. Seems govt is sleeping and is not even worried about a common man. Even after paying heavy taxes, we are getting nothing in return, then why should we pay taxes. The person who is not paying taxes is much happier then the one who pays it. I would like you to escalate this issue to the upper departments.
