Sub: Regarding Barring of internet and dot line service No.0522- 4071296.

Sir,

I was supplied a bill dated 18th April amounting Rs.802.25 bearing No.158158202 through courier service. The bill was in duplicate for the reason that the first bill for the same period was not delivered to me. The duplicate bill was given by your office having the notice given. Along with the said bill a bill dated 18th may was also given. The last date of payment is the 7th day of the subsequent month. In my case the internet service and the telephone service are barred before the 7th day of the month when I lodged my complaint it is told that the barring of services due to non payment. I am regret to say that the response given is absolutely nonsense. The service can be barred only in the matter where the bill is supplied in time and payment is not made in due time. No service is liable to be barred pre mature or due to non supply of bill in time. It is also for your information that as well as I receive the bill I called repeatedly your collection executive Mr. Nirmal Singh on his M.No.9415249605. He did not come to collect the payment even after giving a commitment to come in evening of the day as there is a deficiency in service on the part of your company itself. It is also highly objectionable that in all the bills account maintenance charges (for delay payment) of Rs.50 are demanded in advance. This payment can only be demanded after the due date of payment as late payment of bill. So you are called upon to go through the matter personally. In case my grievance is redressed by unbarring the services, the correct payment of the bill shall be paid in the evening on the same day to the local collective executive. Please proceed and intimate the decision within two days from the date of this notice/letter failing which there will be sufficient reason to me to get the services of any other service provider company.
