Note counting machine
No service

We had purchased Sinic note counting machine from your Pune office, we are not getting any service from your office, The 1st question the ask while we make complain is that are you from a bank, if not they say that we cant give you service today. Then we have to make the complain 3-4 times then only we get some response. When your service man Mr Jadav from pune comes for repairing he has no manners he doesn't touches the machine asks for money first, We regret to have purchased such a machine??? This is not the 1st time it has happened ample no of times.
