Goondaism by police of bangalore

Sajjan Rao Circle has a food street near to it, i came to know that police officers (sub inspector, constables) comes everyday in the evening and ask for money from each of the shops. Shops owners pays them 100 - 200 rs. everyday. This is the goondaism of police. Apart from that 10 - 15 police constables comes and ask for food items daily for free. This is too much. Small shop owners have to give them to free, else police create problem for them. Instead of helping citizens they are harrasing them on daily basis. Such a bad shameful act by police.
