Removal of previous complaints

Dear Sir

Regarding my previous complaints. I requested your admin so many times to remove my previous complaints, but no action has been taken yet. also so many confidential info is their in that complaints. also you are not given option to delete previous complaints in your website. really this is not correct. if you wont remove my complaints, i will approach legal experts for further action.
