Non-delivery of courier by ExpressIT

Yesterday I got a SMS from ExpressIT courier that I have a courier and should call the numbers 0124-4085317 and 3210416. I am conteneuosly trying to contact them and there is no reply from ExpressIT office. My Airway bill 8055000133 and I do not have any Idea what courier it is. Why banks and others are not black-listing this courier service.
