Fraud and defective machine

I have order a Nova 7 Speed Mixer from Ojjas Enterprises for Rs.399.00 and delivery charges Rs.150. total 549. when i received the product it was not Nova but Strob. and that too was not working properly. this is a fraud company. I tried to Contact Jaspreet Sahani on this no. 26854086, 26854086 but no reply. sir is not there in office. we dont know his mobile no. sir will come after 8'oclcok in evening. no exact time to come to office.

send that product through courier. not ready to give their tnt account no. so we can send this product to them. no positive reply. no body should buy a product from this company.
