Dear Sir,

I had purchased one HP computer from the HP dealer at Lucknow and also got registered in now or never offer through payment of Rs. 1000. Recently I received the printer from that offer and found that it is damaged. can you please send someone to my address.

I also went to HP service center at Lucknow and their report is enclosed. They say that it can be replaced from your company by contacting you again. Please do something so that the damaged printer can be changed asap. I am sorry that I could not contact you within 15 days as i was away from my home for a long time.
