I am S.Manickavasagam residing at Plot No: 3, S.S.Bhavan, Thiruvengadam Nagar, Pallikaranai, Chennai-601302. I have applie for a Land line phone with BB.The request no.91320310 and AN.92330920.Dt.16-06-09.Why ther is a delay in giving connection. I am retired ENGINEER from ISRO and I am badly i need of a BB connection. Please expedite the matter and inform me.
