With reference to above investor ID, I am holding 291 no. of bonds, the face value of which is Rs.29100. To redeem the bond, i have tried no. of times in your mumbai and jaipur office by telephone. In mumbai there was only prerecorded message was available, no responsible person come to line. However in jaipur, every time telephone was lifting and disconnecting and still the trend is same. whereby i have been made a huge loss in my telephone bill also.

It is learnt that Amount below Rs.40, 000/- direct payment is being made without surrendering the bond certificate. kindly do the needful at the earliest to avoid further loss or else guide me properly.
