To disconnect the single phase connection

Sir,

We have taken 3 phase connection on 05.01.11 at our residence address No.3, Kaveri rangan street, Dasarathapuram, saligramam, chennai-93, but existing single phase connection have not been disconnected so far, but we have made complaint at our Saligramam electricity board so far no action has been taken. We are having 3 grand sons who are playing near the cable connection which has not been disconnected and we are afraid with that connection. Request to send the persons immediately to disconnect the single phase on urgent basis.

Note: We have been continuosly calling on the provided no:155333, till now no action has been taken, treat this mail as on emergency case and solve the issue immediately.
