Mr. Nilotpal Choudhury is big asshole who is destroying the base of the company being one of the director even he is spoiling the good image of few good and honest people associated with the company and who really wants to work and provide service to the company. MR. choudhury never comes in the forefront and always tries to impliment his rubbish kind of ideas thru Avijit Bhattacharjee and Partha Banerjee. He imposes Mr. Bhattacharjee to issue offer letters and other stuffs whereas whenever any problem arises he never comes to confront the problem he is the person who is spoiling the companies name and goodwill there are hardly any person who knows that Mr. Choudhury is also one of the active director of the company and most of the dessions are made by him only and MR.Partha, Avijit, Sudipto, Shabanta (another big asshole) dose not have any decission making authority
