Delay in process of my deposit money

Dear sir,

Im Dharmaraj from royapettah im working in a company as a technician. In my company we surrender the LT service on 17.12.2008.From February month onwards I just keep on following up for my deposit money to collect. But till this date they reply me simply saying come after 15 days or come after 10 days without any proper response. So TNEB account department they replied me that ACCD amount is not yet input in our system so this process keep on going till this date I dont know how to handle this problem please help me out
