Non delivery of material

Dear Sir,

We have sent material through XPS vide docket no 644386595 dt 24/12 to Sandvik Asia Ltd. Ennore. The address was clearly given to the XPS, Pune. We paid all the charges before despatch the material. On 2 Jan 09 we received email from XPS saying they want Rs 1000 extra due to ODA problem. If extra charges were required for door delivery same should have told us the time of booking. Hou it is possible to make additional

payment after booking a consignment, after shipment and after making payment

as demanded by XPS originally?

We regret to inform that till date material has not received by our customer.
