Irresponsible phone calling/dealy in account opening

Hallo sir, i am prasanna patel .i am working in dubai.i want to open the account nri and nro. i am already make the D D, I R S, 50, 000.in this month of (4 /4). but the relationship officer (mohamad shabbir.00971502018151) did"t pick the phone.not resposibel to me, pls tel me what can i do, i am not a rich man, they people hold my money.befour the man severeal time call to me, now, no responsible to customer, u r big banking group in world wide, i do know, what is going on, pls asearly as possible, open my accounts.thanking you...
