NRI account not activated

Sir,

I have opened an NRI account on 19th July at Kukatapally branch Hyderabad. A/C no. 631201115469. 21st JUly, i sent quite an amount of money to my account by way of TT thro' Oman Exchange. Money is not deposited till 24th July. The reply is, NRI account is not activated. Why? What happened? When it will be opened? What is the status of the money sent? Please verify and intimate immediately.
