Excess charge over MRP

Two days back I complaint against M/S shaw wallace. But received no acknowledgement. But that complaint was perhaps wrong. As I mentioned almost all "wine shops" at Vishkhapatnam (AP) are charging 10-15% more on MRP of all products. Saying that it is the decision of Syndicate. The dont issue recipt also. Can you take some action or forward this complaint to appropriate authority.
