Ounced the cheaque on unexplainable grounds

I have an NRO and NRE account with SBI NRE cell at Marina Arcade, N.Delhi for the past more than 15 years and have been regularly being using it for various banking activity. I was very surprised when I found that my cheaque for EMMAR MGF THE PALM SQUARE has been returned as the signature does not match!! The same signature has been acceptable to them on all other occations including the occation when I send a similar cheaque on 26/9/09 to same EMMAR group. Who will pay for the financial losses as well as for the trouble I am put to due to the careless attitude of your staff. Please let me know what steps you have taken so that this type of whimsical behaviour is not repeated.
