Pan Card Change Request not done

Dear Sir/Mam,

Since a 6 month I have given my surname chane request in pan card my ackonwledgement number is 050240700246225 And Pan card number is AWDPP4524F.For this I have already submitted my gadget copy which I have received from gadget officer

When I am asking to help center they are giving me reply that now You have to write one copy from A1 class officer.and in that copy they will have to write that "I know you... and accourding to income tax department all your records are good... etc..." now please say who will write this type of statement.and who has a time to write this statement.

Why foolish people are not getting this... They very well know that now a days everybody requre pan card that's why they are sufferring people. Even I have all the legal poof of my surname chagne like Pasport, Licence, BankStatement, VoterID this all have with my new surname

Still that foolish people are not accepting this...

Please help me if you can... Thanks in advance
