I can't track my pan number on Income Tax site

My Pan card is lost by Traveling and when i applied for a duplicate pan card the agent had told me that

your Pan number does not track on Income Tax website.

so, please do something.

I am regular return payer employee. My pancard number is AAGPY1669R and my return coupon number is 2241006790
