Sir, The above pan card no ADI PH4318M despatched on 22/08 BY FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS PVT LTD vide airway bill noZB2296027 at the address for communication. But the document is not handedover by the despatcher of the courier of guwahati office .on my personal enquary at their office on 3/09 at P. p road rehabari guwahati 781008 it is gathered that one Mr Roy the despatcher of that locality confessed that he simply placed the document for return back to your office without searching the address nor enquaring the address over phone.as such i request your kind honor to resend the pan card in my address for communicatuion or in office address which is mentioned below and if any extra charges reqd. for that i am ready to pay.
