The PAN card having bill No. 0639511605 has been despatched on dated 08.10.2008 by the NSDL and the same is still not delivered by the local office. The local office which is situated at Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) (India) is also not giving satisfactory reply. The delivery men is not going to supply the courier.
