Not yet received pancard

My name is venugopal and I've applied for PAN Card and got my PAN number on 20th of Aug'08 thrugh online and it is also informed that my PAN was sent by post, but till date I've not recieved my PAN card. I 've made numerous calls to the PAN office, They have told to apply for reprint pancard than i applied for another pancard on same number eventhough i have not yet received my pancard. My acknowledge no.is 001020201561776 and my PAN no. is APIPG7135H. I've sent numerous mails to their e-mail address, but all I've got is a poor service and recieved no response from them. If you could kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my PAN card, I'd be ever grateful to you.
