Father's name correction

Holding above said PAN and regular tax payer & filing returns. While issuing PAN card father name came as "Ramraj" instead of "Ramarao" In the month of March I applied for Father name correction thru online Managed by NSDL . With resepect to their request I sent My Passport copy, My mattriculation cetificate copy, and also origanl certificate from Gazetted officer (Case worker, Special home for boys, Saidabad AP Police Department). They were giving lame excuses stamp is not clear... etc then I have send one more copy thru e-mail (they confimed that by reciving copy of certificate thru e-mail we can send PAN card) un fortunately till now I have not recieved the card...

More ever it is insulting for me to provide multiple proofs on my father name. request you to take some action on necessary authoirities.
