PAN Card corrections

Dear Sir,

I have applied for change of my name and my father name on my pan card, for that i have submitted the ration card copy. They have raised a query that my father name was not clear on the ration card and asked me to send any other proof for that, For that I have sent passport copy there reference. Then after 15 days I got mail from them that my name was not clear and asked me to furnish with any other proof for that I have sent my passport zerox. Now I when I enquired about the status of the pan they say now that my father name proff is not valid.

Please help me in resolving this issue.
