Dear sir,
I am using my postpaid Idea connection no. 9911174344 since last 4 years. The bill sent by you for the month of the April and May are showing the SMS sent from my connection which i have not sent. It was requested in your customer care centre but no responce have been given yet. Kindly clarify the above and correct my bill accordingly.
