Hi,
My name is Ramanjaneya Reddy. I have Airtel post paid connection with company name and I gave request for contract transfer from company name to individual at Airtel RelationShip Center, Cunnigham Road, Bangalore on 25th Nov. I have submitted all documents on that date but they have not submitted till now to concern department and also I waited nearly 3 hours while submitting the documents. I observed that in that Airtel Franchise all people are reckless and irresponsible.
My questions:
Is that should be done with in 48 hours?
Is it customer responsiblity to track the status after submitting the documents?
Is not responsible Airtel wasting my valuble time?
