Debited13000.00 Through ATM located in Machilipatnam

Dear sir,

Iam Gangadhar working in NTPC organization. I request your help for my State Bank of India Account money transfer.

1. I have an account in State bank of India branch having account no:30099259490 (Branch: NTPC campus, Barh. Branch Code-10085, Atm Card no:6220180143500208713) in which 13000 rupees amount was deposited.

2. On saturday (30.05.09), I went to Icici Atm (machilipatnam having a branch at gudivada in Krishna district, A.p) with SBI Atm card to withdraw the amount of 13000.00.

3. I tried to withdraw the amount, then i got the statement of Transaction Declined, again i tried 2nd time then the message of no balance. Then i have taken a mini statement in SBI atm, where i came to know that the amount of 13000.00 from my account has been debited/jumped.

4. Then my friend went from Machilipatnam and consulted personally Gudivada Icici bank manager and requested, then he was telling that Sbi's responsilbity.

5. So, iam in a dilemma as the money is huge and urgent for me for hospitalization of my wife. So, i once again requesting you to consider my request and solve it as early as possible.

Iam forwarding this request to you as a hope that it will be solved soon.
