RE-APPOINTMENT AS PER ORDERS OF HONBLE COURT

Sub. Reinstating my position in the Company Nunhems India Pvt. Ltd as Field Technician in R&D Farm, Bangalore Location.

For last 9 years I have fought my case with Nunhems India Pvt. Ltd., for reinstating my employment in this company.

I had fought this case because I was removed from my job without any valid reasons.

Now, court has given orders in my favour (four court orders) and Labour Commissioner Office for employing me in Nunhems India Pvt. Ltd and compensating my back wages with continue of service.

Now the company is not responding to me after several requestes and visits.

I am facing lot of problems without employment. I am finding it very difficult to meet day to day needs of mine and my family.

My dad also expired who was supporting me in my period of non-employment.

Further you need the proof same will be produced.

Kindly look into my complaint and hope you do the needful to me through proper channel for which I will be grateful.
