Not received money from ATM

Saheb begum an account holder in andhra bank sathupalli branch with a/c no 132810021500076. on 8th of september i went to andhrabank ATM to draw some amount (3500.00). but i didnot get amount but i got rthe receipt with deduction of amount.

so i request you to kindly go through the matter as soon as possible.
