NURSING SERVICE for Baby
COMPLAINT AGAINST NURSE AND THE SERVICE PROVIDING AGENCY

Dear Sir

This complaint is against a full time nurse hired by us for our months old baby (Nurse Name: Ms Tripti Das, Mobile : 09831962071) and the service providing center M/s FAST AID

The center had provided us this nurse at a monthly charge of Rs 350 per day and was supposed to take utmost care of our baby during the day time.

To our wildest surprise after a few days we came to know the harsh reality that this lady was not even a trained / certified nurse and moreover her work was completely pathetic and unprofessional and unhygienic.

on our repeated requests made to her (as our child is susceptible/ prone to cold and digestive problems) she never took the pain to rectify her.

Apart from this her behaviors was completely outrageous.

All our repeated requests to the center to replace her or compensate us was fallen on deaf ears and the center has shrugged of their responsibility,

Finally the most shocking part was her guts to feed our baby with contaminated candies knowingly and purposefully... probably to settle scores with us (as we had rebuked her for her behavior)... which resulted in continuous loose motion of our baby for last 2 days . and at this juncture she left her job without even informing her... leaving us in a jeopardizing state,

I want to bring this into the notice of the appropriate authorities for taking adequate action, and also lke to warn the general public to refrain from taking any service for this center as well as from this fake nurse,
